Can I use my spouse's or parent's UPI ID?क्या पति/पत्नी या माता-पिता का UPI ID चल सकता है?
No. The UPI ID must be linked to a bank account in the applicant's own name. A mismatch gets the application rejected.नहीं। UPI ID आवेदक के अपने नाम वाले बैंक खाते से जुड़ा होना चाहिए। मेल न खाने पर आवेदन रद्द हो जाता है।
What does "cut-off price" mean?"cut-off price" का मतलब क्या है?
You agree to buy at whatever final price is fixed within the band. The amount at ₹1,119 a share is blocked; any difference is released after allotment. Retail, shareholder and employee bidders can choose it.बैंड के अंदर जो भी फ़ाइनल कीमत तय होगी, उस पर ख़रीदने की हामी। ₹1,119 प्रति शेयर के हिसाब से पैसा ब्लॉक होता है; बचा हुआ फ़र्क अलॉटमेंट के बाद छूट जाता है। रिटेल, शेयरहोल्डर और कर्मचारी इसे चुन सकते हैं।
How many times can I apply?कितनी बार अप्लाई किया जा सकता है?
Once per PAN in each category. An eligible RIL shareholder can apply once in the shareholder quota and once in retail or HNI. Duplicates in one category are rejected.हर कैटेगरी में एक PAN से एक बार। योग्य RIL शेयरहोल्डर एक बार शेयरहोल्डर कोटा में और एक बार रिटेल या HNI में अप्लाई कर सकते हैं। एक कैटेगरी में डुप्लिकेट रद्द हो जाते हैं।

Can I change or cancel my bid?क्या बोली बदली या रद्द की जा सकती है?
Retail and shareholder bids can be changed or cancelled in your broker app until bidding closes on 23 October. HNI and institutional bids cannot be withdrawn or lowered.रिटेल और शेयरहोल्डर बोली 23 अक्टूबर को बोली बंद होने तक ब्रोकर ऐप में बदली या रद्द की जा सकती है। HNI और संस्थागत बोली न वापस ली जा सकती है, न घटाई जा सकती है।
Can my family members apply too?क्या परिवार के लोग भी अप्लाई कर सकते हैं?

What is the least and the most I can bid?कम से कम और ज़्यादा से ज़्यादा कितनी बोली लगा सकते हैं?
The least is one lot: 12 shares, ₹13,428 at the upper price. As a retail investor the most is 14 lots, ₹1,87,992. Above ₹2 lakh you bid as an HNI: 15 to 74 lots is small HNI, 75 lots or more is big HNI.कम से कम एक लॉट: 12 शेयर, ऊपरी कीमत पर ₹13,428। रिटेल में ज़्यादा से ज़्यादा 14 लॉट, ₹1,87,992। ₹2 लाख से ऊपर HNI के तौर पर: 15 से 74 लॉट छोटे HNI, 75 लॉट या ज़्यादा बड़े HNI।
Is there any discount?क्या कोई छूट है?
Only for eligible employees bidding in the employee quota: ₹54 off a share. Retail investors and RIL shareholders pay the same price.सिर्फ़ कर्मचारी कोटा में बोली लगाने वाले योग्य कर्मचारियों के लिए: हर शेयर पर ₹54 कम। रिटेल निवेशक और RIL शेयरहोल्डर एक ही कीमत देते हैं।

If at least one RIL share was in your demat on 14 October 2026, you can bid up to ₹2 lakh in a separate ₹2,500 crore shareholder quota, on top of a retail or HNI bid. The first holder's. The application is in the first holder's name, and the UPI ID or bank account must be theirs.पहले होल्डर का। आवेदन पहले होल्डर के नाम पर होता है, और UPI ID या बैंक खाता भी उन्हीं का होना चाहिए।
What if the issue is not fully subscribed?अगर इश्यू पूरा सब्सक्राइब न हो तो?
In a category bid less than 1x, every valid bid gets what it asked for. If the issue as a whole falls short of the minimum required, the money is unblocked for everyone.जिस कैटेगरी में 1x से कम बोली लगी, वहां हर वैध बोली को पूरा मिलता है। अगर पूरा इश्यू ज़रूरी न्यूनतम तक न पहुंचे, तो सबका पैसा अनब्लॉक हो जाता है।
What are anchor investors?एंकर निवेशक कौन होते हैं?
Large institutions that bid one working day before the issue opens (19 October here), from the institutional portion. An unofficial figure from deals outside the stock exchanges. It is not regulated, it is not a price, and it moves quickly.
